Advocate Health seeks a Civil Rights Compliance professional to support investigations, data management, and regulatory reporting for discrimination and language access in service delivery. This fully remote role accepts applicants from listed states and coordinates with multiple teams.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations, maintaining confidential records, and contributing to enterprise-wide reporting and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, or policy development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support investigation and resolution of civil rights complaints.
• Identify and mitigate risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain confidential documentation per policies and regulations.
• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights data.
• Coordinate data collection for regulatory reporting and training materials.
