Advocate Health is seeking a remote Civil Rights Investigator to support investigations, data collection, and regulatory reporting. You will coordinate inquiries, document findings, and contribute to enterprise-wide improvements in civil rights and language access.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in civil rights or healthcare compliance, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related clinical discipline.
• 3 or more years of cumulative experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, clinical or administrative health care, and policy/program development.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct the investigation and resolution of lower-moderate acuity civil rights and language access complaints.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate and prevent risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
