Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related clinical discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, healthcare policy or program development.
• Strong analytical and regulatory knowledge for health care compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct investigations and resolutions of civil rights complaints, escalating as needed.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain confidential documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights and language access data.
• Coordinate collection of patient demographic data to support regulatory reporting.
• Assist in preparation of compliance plans and training materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical Risk, Patient Experience, and Legal teams on resolution strategies.
