Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, clinical or administrative health care, and policy/program development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct investigations and resolution of civil rights complaints, escalating complex cases appropriately.
• Maintain confidential documentation of complaints and investigations in compliance with policies.
• Lead tracking and reporting of civil rights and language access issues for insights and improvement.
• Coordinate demographic data collection to support regulatory reporting and internal initiatives.
• Contribute to training and dissemination of civil rights knowledge across teams.
