Advocate Health is seeking a Civil Rights Investigator to support discrimination in service delivery and language access cases. This remote role coordinates data collection and manages investigations in a compliant, timely manner.

You will collaborate with Clinical Risk and Patient Experience teams, analyze regulatory requirements (ADA, CMS), and help prepare annual compliance plans. A Bachelor's in public health or related field and 3+ years of equity-focused healthcare experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field.
• 3+ years in civil rights, disability rights, investigations or healthcare compliance.
• Experience in regulated healthcare settings.

• Support development of the Wisconsin State Civil Rights Compliance Plan and related training.
