Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required at time of hire.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Five or more (5+) years of experience in the land development industry.
• Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, and hydrology/hydraulic software.

Responsibilities

• Review zoning regulations for municipalities.
• Lead technical direction over engineers and provide guidance.
• Assist with permits for land development projects.
• Conceptualize initial civil design approaches for site development.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and design teams on complex issues.
• Prepare reports and design calculations and review specs.
