Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required or equivalent.
• PE license strongly preferred and beneficial for project leadership.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil/land development projects and management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct a team of civil project engineers, designers, and CAD technicians to plan, schedule, and execute land development projects.
• Coordinate marketing and business development efforts to secure new clients and maintain relationships with developers and government agencies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, bid summaries, and cost estimates; ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance, review designs, and ensure quality standards across projects.
