Strong client management and business development skills are essential.

The role demands extensive civil engineering experience, proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D, and the ability to coordinate across offices and with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Registered professional engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in A/E with land development focus.
• Experience with water/wastewater systems and utilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil project engineers, designers and CAD technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and execute land development projects to meet budgets.
• Manage client relationships and secure repeat business.
