Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Administrator to design, implement, support, and upgrade the bank's UC infrastructure. The role requires strong UC and networking knowledge to work independently, with collaboration across Network, Systems, Security, and Database teams.

You will monitor platforms daily, assist with optimization, and document procedures for end users and peers. The position includes on-call duties and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on support of Cisco UC or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking and VoIP concepts.
• Ability to document procedures and reports clearly.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as contact on UC platform issues and escalation.
• Performs daily monitoring to ensure uptime and performance.
• Assists senior staff with platform optimization.
• Coordinates with providers and cross-functional teams.
• Creates and updates Service Desk tickets for work performed.
• Provides daily status updates to management.
