Job summary

NorthStar Utilities Solutions, a unit of Harris, is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementations for CIS and Utility Billing solutions. You will plan projects, guide consultants, and manage client expectations while delivering high-quality software and service.

This remote role welcomes candidates in the US and Canada in the EST timezone. Travel is required (about 5%). The position offers 30 hours per week with benefits and a salary of 45K.

• 5+ years managing enterprise CIS software implementation projects.
• Proven leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of software system implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional project teams toward complete software implementations.
• Review statements of work and create effective project plans.
• Provide updates and manage client expectations for quality delivery.
• Manage project budgets and financials.
• Proactively resolve issues to mitigate delays.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements.
