Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris Computer, is seeking a Project Manager for our remote role spanning Canada and the US. The candidate will coordinate CIS software implementations, manage budgets, and communicate with R&D, Sales and Delivery teams. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project management or related software implementations.
• Experience managing budgets from $10k to $2.5M.
• Familiarity with Jira, Spira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Clarizen.
• Strong verbal and written communication; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate components of utility CIS software implementation projects; align with goals.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and budgets; keep on track.
• Identify and report issues, risks, or delays to PMO Manager and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on progress to PMO Manager and teams.
• Track budgets and financials; generate status reports; coordinate with finance.
