Nurture, a Pushpay company, is seeking its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding and the long-term relationship with roughly 50 churches, starting with hands-on onboarding and administrative setup while helping scale the customer success function.

Expect to join training trips and customer engagements, collaborate closely with engineering on CHMS integrations, and document processes to build a scalable operational

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize independently.
