Pushpay Nurture is seeking its first Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience and shape how churches are served at scale. You will lead onboarding, build processes, and own ongoing relationships with an initial book of roughly 50 churches while traveling for training.

You will evolve from onboarding to a trusted thought partner, translating strategy into scalable systems and becoming the primary contact for churches, ensuring successful deployment and long-term

Qualifications

• Meaningful church or ministry experience or sustained involvement in a local church.
• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS or tech company, or leading implementations with organizational customers.
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams independently and prioritize without guidance.
• Familiarity with church management systems (PCO, Pushpay CCB, Rock, Salesforce) is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution, securing customer access and coordinating with the dev team.
• Partner with the Head of Customer Experience as the through line for customers across activities.
• Run customer-facing meetings and monthly check-ins for an assigned book of churches.
• Translate between customers and engineering to bring solutions back and reduce escalations.
• Document onboarding playbooks, support workflows, and training best practices for scale.
• Identify what can be automated or delegated (including AI tools) while keeping a human/pastoral touch.
• Travel periodically for in-person trainings and engagements.
• Proactively identify team needs and help meet them with a flexible, no-task-is-too-small mindset.
• Understand customer needs in detail and translate strategy into systems and processes.
