Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding, drive execution, and evolve the customer success function for Nurture as it scales across churches.

The role emphasizes serving as a thought partner, translating strategy into scalable processes, and traveling for in-person trainings and engagements with leaders in ministry and church administration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding and customer implementations in SaaS or tech environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable onboarding and training playbooks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and partner with executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution for new customers, coordinating with engineering on technical setup and delivery.
• Join sales and kickoff meetings, contribute to data practices discussions, and support training engagements.
• Own ongoing relationship management with an assigned book of churches, including monthly check-ins.
