Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist - Chromatography to drive growth in Chromatography product lines within the Analytical Solutions Group. This field-based role is remote across the Western US and requires about 50% travel, partnering with regional sales and service teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on chromatography instrumentation experience (LC/GC/HPLC), a chemistry degree, and 3–5 years selling or supporting Chromatography tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Chemistry (or related field).
• Must have direct experience with Chromatography (LC / GC / HPLC).
• 3-5 years proven experience selling or supporting Chromatography instrumentation.
• Must be able to travel 50% (vehicle provided for personal use).

Responsibilities

• Grow Sales Volume.
• Execute a sales plan that supports the region's and company's objectives.
• Account management of current customers; identify new accounts; participate in trade shows; improve market share and profitability.
• Develop and implement business plans for each product line.
• Maintain time and territory management; present technical information; identify customer needs and trends; promote PerkinElmer services.
