Step Up is a remote-friendly nonprofit empowering girls across anchor cities and beyond. We seek a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to architect our financial future, diversify funding, and guide resource innovation to scale our annual budget from $4 million to $6 million by 2030.

This executive will lead new revenue streams, planned giving, and public funding initiatives. The CRO will work with the CEO and Board to foster philanthropy, build partnerships, and drive a culture of accountability

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising, advancement, or revenue generation.
• A record of personally closing six- and seven-figure gifts and multi-year corporate commitments.
• Demonstrated success in scaling organizational revenue, specifically with experience leading a team through a significant growth phase.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traditional fundraising pillars (Corporate, Foundations, Individual, Events) and planning giving programs.
• A proven track record of securing and managing local, state, or federal government funding.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate Step Up’s mission into compelling cases for support.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead a multi-year financial growth strategy to reach $6M by 2030.
• Oversee fundraising portfolio: Individual Giving, Corporate Philanthropy, Events, Government Funding and Foundation Grants.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board to cultivate philanthropy, Scalable Reach, and Brand Prominence.
• Grow major gifts program and manage donor relations.
• Lead compliance on grants and government funding.
• Build and manage a high-performing revenue team.
