Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising, advancement, or revenue generation.
• Proven ability to close six- and seven-figure gifts and multi-year commitments.
• Experience building planned giving programs and endowment strategies.
• Strong collaboration with boards, executives, and governance committees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary architect of Step Up’s financial future and scale revenue to $6M by 2030.
• Oversee fundraising portfolio: Individual Giving, Corporate Philanthropy, Events, Government Funding, and Foundations.
• Grow partnerships and diversify revenue to keep single donors under 25% of total revenue.
• Lead compliance on public grants and contracts; manage reporting deadlines.
