Job summary

Pathfinder International is seeking a Chief Revenue & Partnerships Officer to design and execute an integrated revenue strategy, diversifying funding sources and driving unrestricted support. Qualifications

• Significant senior progressive leadership experience in revenue generation, business development, strategic partnerships, philanthropy, impact investing, venture philanthropy, corporate engagement, investment management, or related fields.
• Proven success in securing and growing diversified revenue streams across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, investors, foundations, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a unified revenue strategy across multiple channels including grants, gifts, and earned income.
• Build and lead three areas: Individual Giving Unit, impact investment, and corporate partnerships.
• Define a clear revenue and financial strategy with measurable milestones and sequencing of opportunities.
