Step Up is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to design and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to grow the annual budget from $4 million to $6 million by 2030. The CRO will diversify funding, expand revenue streams, and develop a robust planned giving program while pursuing public funding opportunities.

Remote-first with anchor-city hubs, the role requires entrepreneurial leadership, a track record of six- and seven-figure gifts, and the ability to lead a multifaceted fundraising

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience scaling organizational revenue growth.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build relationships with funders and public officials.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multi-year financial growth strategy to reach $6M revenue by 2030.
• Oversee fundraising portfolio: individual giving, corporate philanthropy, events, government funding and foundations.
• Grow and manage donor networks and partnerships to diversify funding.
• Establish KPIs and provide forecasting, pipeline analysis, and executive reports.
• Lead compliance on grants, contracts, and reporting deadlines.
