Step Up is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to drive financial growth for a mission-driven nonprofit focused on empowering girls. The CRO will design and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy, expanding current funding streams and creating new ones to scale the annual budget from $4 million to $6 million by 2030.

The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial leadership style, a proven track record in diversifying funding, and the ability to build a robust planned giving program

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising, advancement, or revenue generation, including senior leadership or C-suite roles.
• Track record of closing six- and seven-figure gifts and multi-year commitments.
• Experience scaling organizational revenue and leading fundraising growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop planned giving programs, endowment strategies, and donor-advised funds.
• Experience securing local, state, or federal government funding.

Responsabilidades

• Architect Step Up’s multi-year revenue growth aligned with the 2027–2030 roadmap to reach a $6M budget by 2030.
• Oversee fundraising streams: Individual Giving, Corporate Philanthropy, Events, Government Funding and Foundations.
• Lead the revenue team with clear KPIs, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Build new revenue channels and ensure no single donor contributes more than 25% of total revenue.
• Cultivate relationships with major donors, boards, officials, and partners to secure investments.
