Job summary

Step Up is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to design and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy, expanding from $4 million to $6 million by 2030. The CRO will diversify funding models while optimizing current efforts and building new revenue streams.

The role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can grow corporate partnerships, major gifts, endowment planning, and donor-advised fund infrastructure while ensuring compliance and strong governance integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in nonprofit fundraising or revenue leadership.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience scaling organizational revenue and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Architect Step Up’s financial future and a $6M revenue goal by 2030.
• Oversee fundraising portfolio including Individual Giving, Corporate, Events, Government, and Foundations.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary revenue team and set KPIs with regular forecasting.
