Step Up, a national nonprofit, is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue strategy during its Step Up at 30 plan. The CRO will diversify funding, expand existing streams, and pursue public funding to scale the annual budget from $4M to $6M by 2030.

The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, a track record of six- and seven-figure gifts, and the ability to build donor relations, endowment planning, and a robust grants program across local, state, and federal levels.

Formación

• 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or C-suite role.
• A track record of personally closing six- and seven-figure gifts and multi-year corporate commitments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traditional fundraising pillars (Corporate, Foundations, Individual, Events) and planned giving programs.
• Experience securing local, state, or federal government funding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic revenue growth aligned with the 2027–2030 roadmap to reach $6M.
• Oversee fundraising portfolio: Individual Giving, Corporate Philanthropy, Events, Government Funding and Foundations.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to cultivate philanthropy, scalability, and brand prominence.
• Grow corporate partnerships into multi-year six- to seven-figure commitments.
• Set KPIs, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and executive reporting.
• Architect a strategy to identify, apply for, and secure local, state, and federal revenue sources.
