Step Up is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth from $4 million to $6 million by 2030, diversify funding, and expand planned giving and public funding streams.

This remote-first nonprofit role requires building major gifts, endowment and DAF programs, and collaborating with the CEO, board, and regional partners to secure high-impact investments for Step Up.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive nonprofit fundraising leadership.
• Track record of closing six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience scaling revenue and leading a growth phase.
• Knowledge of traditional fundraising pillars.
• Proven ability to secure government funding.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• High emotional intelligence and execution focus.

Aufgaben

• Architect Step Up’s financial future with a 2027–2030 roadmap to $6M.
• Oversee fundraising portfolio: Individual Giving, Corporate Philanthropy, Events, Government Funding, Foundations.
• Lead a revenue team and set KPIs; provide forecasts and reports.
• Build new revenue streams including endowment and DAF programs.
• Cultivate donor relationships with board and officials.
• Represent Step Up at events and travel as needed.
