The Recycling Partnership seeks a Chief Growth Officer to drive sustainable revenue growth across memberships, philanthropy, and partner engagements. You will lead a 11-person team, build structured revenue operations, and translate market opportunities into measurable impact while aligning with the organization’s mission to advance recycling systems nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive revenue leadership, including multi-stream book of business.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure commitments and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Revenue Strategy and Growth across membership, accounts, philanthropy, and partnerships.
• Grow and diversify funder and partner relationships to reduce revenue concentration risk.
• Drive membership and Solutions Portfolio growth as scalable revenue engines.
• Build a foundation fundraising engine with a diversified funding base.
• Expand national system presence and market opportunities through strategic investments.
• Strengthen partner value, market insight, and external positioning.
