Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations and Epic deployment.
- Proven history of partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs.
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership and care model integration to enable safe, efficient outpatient care.
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate clinical vision into scalable Epic/tech roadmaps.
- Own end-to-end technology lifecycle and continuous improvement across care models.
- Mentor and build a high-performing product team and foster a culture of accountability.
