CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. Remote in Massachusetts, leading product strategy for core clinical care platforms and Epic-based workflows to improve patient outcomes while reducing costs.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team—PMs, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, designers—translating clinical vision into scalable roadmaps with a focus on safety, patient experience, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and healthcare IT translation.
• Deep knowledge of Value-Based Care and Fee-For-Service environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technology pathways for outpatient care delivery.
• Oversee Epic/tech architectures and translate ideas into specs.
