Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. Remote role with Massachusetts focus, reporting to Senior Medical Director, Clinical Informatics & Digital Product.
Lead cross‑functional teams to translate clinical vision into scalable Epic‑driven technology roadmaps that improve safety, outcomes, and cost of care. You will partner with care delivery leaders to shape care models, ensure safe outpatient care, and reduce administrative burden on
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations and clinical technology product management.
- Experience implementing enterprise EHR solutions, specifically Epic, with healthcare network partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define care model strategy and align technology investments.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology roadmaps and Epic architectures.
- Ensure integration of external data sources with Epic workflows to support real-time insights.
- Own end-to-end technology lifecycle and drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
