Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote Massachusetts location. You will guide product strategy and execution across core clinical care platforms, collaborating with clinical leaders and a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and reduce costs.
The role requires 10+ years in healthcare tech product leadership, strong Epic experience, and proven ability to drive end-to-end technology roadmaps in a retail health
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership & Care Model Integration with healthcare leadership to enable efficient, safe outpatient care and reduce admin burden.
- Lead cross-functional tech teams to translate care model strategy into actionable tech roadmaps and robust Epic/tech architectures.
- Own end-to-end tech lifecycle from discovery to deployment with measurable outcomes.
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on curiosity, resilience, and accountability.
