CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote-capable role in the US. You will lead strategy and execution across clinical documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps that drive patient outcomes, safety, and cost optimization, with emphasis on value-based care and Epic as the core platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends.

Responsabilités

• Partner with care delivery leadership to model end-to-end care delivery; reduce administrative burden while improving patient and staff experience.
• Drive cross-functional tech teams to enable care model strategy and execution of technology products.
• Oversee Epic/technology architectures and translate clinical ideas into actionable specs.
• Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time clinician insights.
