CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in Retail Health. You will guide technology strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team, and partner with executives to shape end-to-end care models in outpatient settings.

You will drive Epic-based workflows, value-based care initiatives, and initiatives to reduce costs while improving patient and provider experiences. This is a remote Massachusetts-based opportunity with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Executive presence with senior executives and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR experience and healthcare tech knowledge.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare operations and value-based care concepts.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, cross-disciplinary teams.
• Translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps.
