Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote capacity based in Massachusetts. You will drive strategy and execution across core clinical care delivery products, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to optimize patient outcomes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and configurations.
Knowledge of Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-for-Service (FFS).
Experience partnering with primary care networks and retail clinics.

Responsibilities

Partner with care delivery leadership to execute end-to-end care models.
Lead cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable clinical tech.
Establish shared outcome metrics linking technology to quality and cost.
Translate clinical vision into Epic-based architectures and requirements.
Integrate external data with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
Mentor a high-performing product team across disciplines.
