Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. You will guide technology strategy across outpatient care, leveraging Epic and value-based care expertise to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

This is a remote role based out of Massachusetts, reporting to Senior Medical Director, Clinical Informatics & Digital Product. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
Track record partnering with primary care, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models enabling safe outpatient care.
Serve as strategic thought partner for CVS HCD stakeholders on care model strategy.
Drive cross-functional tech teams to deliver technology solutions for care model strategy.
Establish shared outcome metrics linking technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
Lead teams to translate clinical ideas into Epic architectures and actionable specifications.
Ensure integration of external data sources with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
Own end-to-end technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and outcomes.
Foster curiosity, resilience, and accountability within high-performing teams.
