Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote US-based role. Lead strategy and execution for core clinical care tech, including Epic integration and value-based care initiatives, with a focus on safe, high-quality outpatient care.

Qualifications
- Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
- Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and translating operational needs into Epic builds.
- Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-For-Service (FFS) environments.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable clinical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships to align care model strategy with technology delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end technology design and Epic/tech architectures.
- Ensure real-time insights by integrating external data with Epic workflows.
- Direct the lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and outcomes.
