CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote Massachusetts setting. You will lead technology strategy and execution for outpatient care products, partnering with clinical leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care while reducing administrative burden.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team including PMs, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate clinical vision into scalable

Qualifications

• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR experience and translating requirements into Epic build.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare operations, QI, VBC, and FFS dynamics.
