Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Systems Engineer to lead technical engagement with PwC and other channel partners worldwide. You will provide pre‑sales expertise, design solutions, and train partners to drive successful deployments.

You will collaborate with sales to identify opportunities, develop partner programs, and manage technical support during and after deployments. Strong English communication, travel willingness, and SaaS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or similar technical role.
• Experience with channel partners, resellers, distributors.
• Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical leader for the channel partner.
• Collaborate to develop business plans aligned to strategic objectives.
• Provide pre-sales support: product presentations, demos, and solution design.
• Identify opportunities with sales to expand partnerships.
• Plan technical training sessions for partners to ensure proficiency.
• Support partners post-implementation and act as liaison to support teams.
• Design customized solutions based on partner/customer needs.
• Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends.
• Develop channel enablement materials and webinars.
• Give feedback to product teams based on partner feedback.
• Maintain records of partner interactions and pipeline.
