Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Channel Managers and accelerate Microsoft partner growth. You will guide GTM strategies, coach seven Channel Managers, and drive pipeline while focusing on measurable outcomes.

You'll influence across sales, partner development, engineering, and executives, building a high-performing, inclusive team that thrives on accountability, innovation, and data-driven decisions. Occasional travel required.

Formación

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing, technical sales, solution consulting, partner success, or similar organizations.
• Proven ability to drive go-to-market strategies and partner growth.
• Strong collaboration across multiple organizations without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented operator with solid organizational skills and follow-through.
• Experience with cloud and subscription services; channel ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Channel Managers.
• Drive partner success through GTM strategies, pipeline development, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Microsoft Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and executives to align priorities.
• Define success through data-driven decisions and continuously improve the organization.
• Travel to Arrow offices as requested to support leadership needs.
