This role emphasizes coaching, strategy, and influence over traditional management.

You’ll shape a high‑performing organization, collaborate across sales, partner development, and engineering, and must be able to travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer‑facing/partner‑facing teams.
• Strong business acumen with GTM, partner growth and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence across organizations without formal authority.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and follow‑through.

Responsibilities
