Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Channel Sales Specialist to drive growth with large channel partners across the US. This technical sales role requires microscopy expertise and the ability to build strong partner relationships while promoting Leica’s portfolio.

You will travel up to 50% domestically, collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Service teams, and manage key accounts to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years successful selling products of a technical nature.
• Demonstrated core understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Application.
• Relationship Building with channel partners; Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of specific area of work (Commercial, Government, University, Industry etc.)

Responsibilities

• Increase Sales through Large Channel Partners: Collaborate with channel partners to co-prospect new customers and drive growth.
• Product and Application Expertise: Become the go-to expert on Leica’s microscopy solutions and portfolio.
• Upskill and Support Partners: Ensure partners are trained and informed about Leica products.
• Field Sales and Customer Engagement: Conduct direct sales activities and manage relationships with diverse accounts.
• CRM and Internal Collaboration: Maintain Salesforce records and collaborate with Sales, Product, Service, and Engineering.
• Relationship Development: Own and manage large channel partner relationships and execute go-to-market strategies.
