Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Channel Manager to drive sales and manage a portfolio of partner accounts in the US. You will lead a team of partners, pitch Vonage UCaaS/CPaaS solutions, and build long-term relationships to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in telecom UCaaS/CPaaS is a plus.
• CRM familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage partners to achieve sales and profit goals by selling UCaaS/CPaaS through channels.
• Build productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
• Coordinate communications: demos, pricing, proposals, and sales documents.
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and identify new opportunities.
• Lead solution development addressing end-user needs with internal and partner teams.
• Stay updated on market developments and competitive activity.
• Recruit and onboard new partners.
• Evaluate partner performance and implement improvements.
• Achieve assigned sales quota.
