Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Channel Manager for Vonage to drive sales and maintain partner relationships in a remote US role.

You will lead a partner ecosystem, run product demonstrations, quotes, pricing, and proposals, and forecast monthly sales while pursuing new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent, UCaaS/CPaaS experience, Salesforce familiarity, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Telecom UCaaS and CPaaS is a plus.
• Familiar with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Excellent sales skills to present sales presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of Partners to achieve sales and profit goals by selling Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services through resellers/channels.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Facilitate communications with partners; QBRs, product demos, channel activities, marketing programs, proposals, pricing, and support resources.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead solution development efforts addressing end user needs with internal and partner teams.
• Stay current with marketplace developments and competitor activities; recruit new partners.
