Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive awareness, enablement and revenue growth with top national VARs and solution providers. You will manage relationships, build joint business plans and deliver Go-to-Market programs to generate pipeline and exceed targets.

You will work with internal teams to provide product expertise, pricing support, and training while maintaining a strong partner ecosystem and market share growth across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated success in channel sales, partner management, or reseller account management within B2B technology.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a partner-led sales environment.
• Engaging presentation and training skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong channel sales experience with key VARs and national providers.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic engagement with a portfolio of national solution providers and VARs.
• Develop and maintain multi-level relationships from frontline reps to senior leadership.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual channel revenue targets by managing the joint sales pipeline and forecast.
• Create and execute Joint Annual and Quarterly Business Plans with partners.
• Develop channel GTM programs and promotions with internal teams to drive demand.
