Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Assistant Channel Manager, HTS - Industrial, remote in the United States. You will support channel marketing initiatives and help drive sales growth and profitability across Industrial HTS.

Work with cross-functional partners to develop proposals, manage campaigns, monitor performance, and communicate options to customers. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, BW, Power BI are a plus. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales, Product or Marketing with a track record of supporting sales growth and margin accretion.
• MS Office proficiency; advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support for marketing activities to achieve operating plans and profitability.
• Build and manage relationships with cross-functional partners and decision-makers; ensure prompt communication.
• Understand customer and sales objectives; identify opportunities for mutual benefit.
• Develop and deliver proposals and business plans that meet sales and customer needs.
• Set up and deliver presentations to enhance product/service understanding and sales.
• Monitor sales, inventory, market share, and trends; analyze performance for improvements.
• Work with sales teams to address customer concerns and identify opportunities.
