Patch My PC is seeking an Account Manager to grow and support its channel partner ecosystem in a fully remote role reporting to a UK-based leader. You will manage a high-volume portfolio of small and mid‑sized channel partners, VARs, and MSPs, serving as their primary day‑to‑day contact for new business opportunities, renewals, onboarding, and operational support.

You’ll collaborate with Strategic Partners to support end customers, helping progress opportunities and deliver successful outcomes,

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years with channel partners, MSPs, or distributors in account management or partner management.
• Experience in B2B technology with indirect or channel‑influenced sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with renewal risk & expansion opportunity awareness.

Aufgaben

• Manage new business from small partners and MSPs, including deal registration & partner communication.
• Own post‑sales lifecycle for a portfolio, including onboarding, renewals, and expansions.
• Coordinate with partners on renewals, upgrades, and other commercial activities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and serve as voice of the customer in partner relationships.
