Job summary

Cyera, a leader in AI security, seeks a Channel Account Director to expand and manage our channel network in TOLA. You will recruit partners, drive revenue through the channel, and shape strategic plans aligned with Cyera’s data security solutions.

You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, forecast performance, and lead initiatives that expand partner networks while focusing on high-impact outcomes. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of channel sales or partner management experience in security/tech.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing a high-performing channel partner network within the security industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with partners at all levels.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop and execute channel strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for persuading stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management to inspire internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners including resellers and distributors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
• Provide partners with sales tools, training, and resources.
• Set performance metrics and monitor partner performance with improvement plans.
• Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and events to drive demand.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with Cyera’s product offerings and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of channel initiatives.
