Job summary

Cyera is seeking a highly technical Solutions Architect focused on AI Security to lead technical presales for the Cyera AI Security offering. You will demonstrate value, drive POVs end-to-end, and collaborate with product, marketing, and field teams to influence roadmap and collateral.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and prospects, staying ahead of AI security trends and competing offerings while enabling customers to securely adopt AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical presales in cybersecurity or data security.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, plus governance risks (shadow AI, data leakage).
• Working knowledge of data security fundamentals: data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Proven track record running technical POVs and demos that translate into technical wins.
• Excellent communication to engineers and executives (CISOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers).
• Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events.
• Based in the US, Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer POV engagements: plan criteria, deploy and validate AI Security use cases, drive POV to outcomes.
• Deliver compelling demos tailored to customer AI Security, DSPM, and DLP needs; articulate value and next steps.
• Serve as primary technical advisor for Cyera AI Security to sales, customers, and prospects; share deep platform insights.
• Architect customized solutions with customers, align with best practices and scalable design, present proposals and blueprints.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders; gather feedback to improve offerings and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmaps and ensure market alignment.
• Represent Cyera at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
