Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Change Manager to lead complex change initiatives remotely across the United States. You will apply structured change management methods to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and align efforts with strategic outcomes.

You will partner with project teams and leaders to ensure change strategies are executed effectively, while coaching executives and delivering training and communications that enable successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of change management processes and tools.
• Experience with complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Insurance industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management for initiatives across departments.
• Develop change strategies and adoption plans for business objectives.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments.
• Define people-specific objectives and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans.
• Coach leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
• Identify resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
• Track and report change effectiveness and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with CSAA IG change guidelines (ADKAR/Prosci).
• Design and implement a User Acceptance Testing strategy when needed.
