Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Change Manager to lead moderate to high complex change initiatives across departments. You will apply structured methodologies to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and support successful project outcomes in a remote, nationwide role.

You will partner with project teams and leaders, design change strategies, and coach executives to drive adoption while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of change management experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven application of change management processes and tools.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
• Excellent facilitation and training/communications skills.
• Solid knowledge of project management lifecycles.
• Insurance industry knowledge or related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management efforts across departments.
• Develop strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption.
• Conduct impact, sponsorship and readiness assessments.
• Define people-specific objectives and key results for benefits realization.
• Integrate change activities into project plans with teams.
• Design and deliver communications and training plans.
• Coach leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
• Identify resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
• Track adoption metrics and ensure guideline compliance.
• Design and implement UAT strategy when needed.
