Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Change Manager to lead complex change initiatives remotely. The role partners with project teams and business leaders to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure project success across multiple departments in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of change management experience, strong training and communications skills, and proficiency with ADKAR/Prosci methodologies to guide large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge & proven application of change management processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management efforts for initiatives across departments.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments, sponsor analyses, and readiness assessments to inform strategies.
• Define people objectives and key results to benefit realization with project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans to support initiatives.
• Provide coaching to leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
• Track and report change management effectiveness and adoption metrics.
