Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Change Manager to lead complex, cross‑department initiatives in a remote‑first environment. You will apply structured change management methods to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and achieve project outcomes aligned with business goals.

You will partner with project teams and leaders to design training, communications, and sponsorship strategies, and coach executives on change leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with change management processes and tools across large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data for decisions.
• Facilitation skills and knowledge of group dynamics.
• Strong training and communications methodologies knowledge.
• Knowledge of project management lifecycles.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and across departments.
• Insurance industry knowledge or shared services/consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts for initiatives across one or more departments.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans to maximize adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments, sponsorship analyses, and readiness reviews.
• Define people objectives and key results to realize benefits.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into plans.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans.
• Coach leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
• Identify resistance and develop mitigation approaches.
• Track change effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Ensure adherence to ADKAR, Prosci and Proxima guidelines.
