Job summary

You will partner with project teams and leaders to craft strategies, design training and communications, coach sponsors, manage resistance, and track adoption metrics while complying with CSAA IG guidelines. This remote role supports collaboration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in change management roles.
• Deep knowledge of change management processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical ability and facilitation skills.
• Strong project management knowledge and cross-functional influence.
• Substantial insurance business knowledge or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management efforts for initiatives across departments.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans to maximize adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments, readiness analyses, and sponsorship engagement.
• Define people-specific objectives and key results to benefit realization.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into plans.
• Design and deliver communications and training plans for change initiatives.
• Coach leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
• Identify resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
• Track and report change management effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Ensure compliance with CSAA IG change management guidelines (ADKAR/Prosci/Proxima).
• Design and implement User Acceptance Testing strategy when needed.
